Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers Solo Seat, Field Pod, and Practice Rollout fees paid against a UK invoice issued by Automated Analytics. Website browsing and unpaid enquiries are free and not subject to refunds. We do not take card payments on this site.

2. Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) clear days before the cohort start date stated on your invoice, and you have not accessed more than the orientation materials.

3. Partial refunds

If you cancel between thirteen and seven days before the start date, we may offer a fifty percent (50%) refund of the course fee, excluding any non-refundable third-party venue costs already incurred for Practice Rollout. After the cohort begins, partial refunds are considered only for documented illness or firm-mandated reassignment, at our discretion, and typically capped at twenty-five percent (25%) of unused modules.

4. Non-refundable items

• Custom template work already delivered for Practice Rollout
• On-site travel booked with your written approval
• Seats transferred to another learner within your firm (treated as used, not cancelled)

5. Refund process

Email contact@automated-analytics.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, learner name(s), and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (typically bank transfer) within fourteen (14) business days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds.

7. Cancellation by Automated Analytics

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not liable for incidental costs such as learner travel unless agreed in writing.

8. Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected where you contract as a consumer. Business purchasers acknowledge that training seats are scheduled services and cooling-off rights may be limited once delivery has begun with agreement.
